Contest Eligibility:
Must be black youth between the age of 11 – 16
Currently enrolled in school AND interested in post-secondary education
Have a love for writing
Submit a short bio (tell us about yourself)
Contest Rules:
Write a short Fictional story of up to 500 words depicting black culture
OR Choose one:
(i) Write about What does being black means to you?
(ii) If you could change one thing to make the world better, what would it be?
Poetry: A Poem about being black or your black experience
