Youth Writing Contest

Contest Eligibility:
Must be black youth between the age of 12 – 16
Currently enrolled in school AND interested in post-secondary education
Have a love for writing ?
Submit a short bio (tell us about yourself)
Contest Rules:
Short fictional story of up to 500 words depicting black culture
OR
What does being black mean to you?
If you could change one thing to make the world better, what would it be?
OR
Poetry: A Poem about being black OR Your black experience

Grammar
Deadline – Contest closes April 21, 2023, 11 p.m.
1st Prize – Cash award plus a 3-month mentorship/coaching with University of Toronto graduate student!
